About the Founder – Chirag Gujarati

Chirag is a strategist, educator, and innovation advisor with close to two decades of experience across Asia, Europe, and Australia. He has led education programs, built entrepreneurial ecosystems, and guided founders, deans, and government teams toward future-focused outcomes.

He blends strategic thinking, AI tools, and facilitation expertise to help organizations simplify complexity and unlock momentum.

“I started ALD Labs to make transformation human again. Strategy doesn’t have to be hard—it just has to be honest, clear, and aligned with where you want to go. I believe human wisdom and artificial intelligence can (and must) co-exist in a more meaningful way—where technology enhances, not replaces, our ability to lead, learn, and create.”
